Connection with God: Reminding ourselves of our 24/7 access to the peace and love of God, even in the midst of chaos.
Thought Empowerment: Embracing our role as creators of our thoughts and emotions, and the profound impact it has on our well-being.
Routine Realignment: Creating routines that prioritize connection with our true selves and our purpose and letting go of the myth that busyness equals productivity.
The Journey of Transformation: Overcoming limiting beliefs to finding peace and joy in the present moment.
I emphasize the importance of seeking support and guidance on this journey, through coaching and community. Remember, peace and joy are not distant destinations but attainable states of being, accessible to us in every moment.

Redefining Humility!

In this heartfelt episode, I delve into the concept of humility, sharing personal reflections and experiences from my upbringing in Venezuela to my present life as a life coach. I challenge the conventional definition of humility, arguing against the notion of viewing oneself as unworthy or lacking.
